Therapy that meets you where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
Virtual therapy for adults across Louisiana and Virginia, with specialized experience supporting gay and bisexual men working through anxiety, relationship stress, substance use, and major life transitions.
Why I Do This Work
I do this work because people deserve a space where they can show up honestly, without performing okay-ness they don't feel. I'm especially passionate about supporting gay and bisexual men, healthcare professionals, and high-achieving adults who look fine on the outside but are carrying stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion no one else sees.
My goal is therapy that feels genuine and affirming, not clinical and distant. Clients leave sessions more understood, more self-aware, and more connected to their own lives.

How I Work
I draw on a few evidence-based approaches, matched to what you actually need:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
practical tools for anxiety and unhelpful thought patterns
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
especially useful when you're ambivalent about a change you know you need to make
Narrative Therapy
help rewriting the story you tell about yourself, especially around identity and shame
